have worked with Uffindellwest, a leading branding and
design agency, as consultants on the redevelopment of the
Logica websites. This included a technical analysis of the
existing Logica sites and content management tools and an evaluation
of advanced content management tools such as Vignette and OpenMarket.
Our consultancy resulted in a strategy document which has
been used as the basis for the redevelopment of Logica's
UK and international Internet and Intranet sites. |

We have provided consultancy on a logistics software package for the US Navy.
This has involved comprehensive testing of the package and working with the development
teams to ensure the application works on different operating systems and computer
configurations. We have also provided consultancy on creating installers for the package.

We have been working with the Centre for British Teachers providing consultancy and
development support for the DfES Skills for Life project, a strategy to improve adult
literacy and numeracy skills at national and local level. The consultancy has involved
the specification of a production process using Microsoft Word templates to streamline
the production of learning materials that can be used in print and online. |

educational software application being developed by Learn.co.uk, the highly acclaimed educational
division of the Guardian. |

ResearchResearch specialise in high-quality reporting on science, technology
and innovation and have created an online portal for publishing up to the minute
funding opportunities and news on research policy and politics. We are working
with ResearchResearch to streamline their IT and software processes and
we have also developed custom additions to the portal for the University of
Newcastle and the Queen's University of Belfast. |

working with the global education company Harcourt providing consultancy
and development work to create robust and future-proof installers for
a new set of CD-ROM products.

We have been working with the marketing communications agency Triangle on a number
of projects including consultancy and development support on the
creation of content managed pages for the Cadbury Trebor Bassett web site
and the development of a prototype site for Visit Britain. |

The Archives and Museum of Black Heritage is a new organisation created by
Black Cultural Archives and Middlesex University with funding from the
Heritage Lottery Fund. We have provided consultancy on evaluating, selecting
and deploying a suitable archive and cataloguing database which conforms to
ISAD(G), the general international archive standard description. We also worked
with the company building the forthcoming web site to ensure that the database can be
be linked to the site. A database has now been selected and deployed
and is being successfully used.

In additional to the consultancy work for Logica, we have worked with Uffindellwest
on a number of other projects including an online share trading
site for Charles Stanley. This involved
an analysis of the technical requirements, the back-end stock
trading system and providing guidelines for HTML production.
We have also provided consultancy to Uffindellwest on a project
to redesign the Executive Education section of London Business
School website. This has involved an analysis of London Business
School's website production and database systems leading to
recommendations for the development of the redesign of the website. |
